Obituary for Joseph Daniel Santaniello
Santaniello, Joseph Daniel, age 19 of Littleton.
Joseph Daniel Santaniello was born in Englewood Colorado on July 27th, 1999 and passed away on August 7th, 2018 at the age of 19.
Joey was diagnosed with autism at a young age. Despite being unable to communicate it did not stop him from being a flirt. He was always ready with a "hey baby" to anyone who would listen. He loved to give kisses and almost always had a smile on his face. He had an ornery streak in him and loved to give his mom a hard time. He loved musical toys, Dum-Dum suckers, showers, road trips and his Ipad.
Joey encountered lots of wonderful people during his educational years. He was especially blessed to be a part of the Columbine Challenge Program and community. The amazing people at Columbine High School have impacted his entire family with their compassion, love and grace.
Joey is survived by his parents, Paul and Leslie and brother Steven. Grandparents Carol King, Dick and Karna Leonard and Pat and Janet Santaniello. Uncles Jim and Charles Santaniello. Aunts Laurie Flocken and Kim and Aubrey Santaniello. Cousins, Rylee and Ryan Flocken. Jackson, Emerson, Brooklyn and Elise Santaniello.
