Obituary for Thomas Richard Lazzeri
Lazzeri, T. Richard, age 79 of Littleton. Thomas Richard (Dick) Lazzeri passed away peacefully on November 17, 2017 at the age of 79. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce, sons Bob (Elizabeth), Jim (Gwen), Dan (Holly) eight grandchildren and five younger siblings.
Born in Denver, CO Dick attended Lakewood High School and Regis University and had a long and successful career in tax accounting. He loved all sports and enjoyed the outdoors of Colorado while fishing, golfing and riding motorcycles. Dick was a cowboy at heart with a passion for cattle ranches, open spaces and antique gun collections. He cherished time spent in the mountains with his wife and family.
Dick loved being a part of his kids and grandkids activities and adventures. He was always in attendance as either a coach or a fan and was not shy about “sharing his opinion” from the sidelines. He also enjoyed working around the home with house and landscape projects.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Mark Catholic Church Friday November 24th at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in memory of this wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
