Obituary for A. Grant Bowry

Grant, age 73 of Parker, Colorado.

Grant died the way he lived, with courage dignity and grace. He is survived by his wife, Pam; our children, Chris and Tanya Bowry, Skylar and Jayden; Gretchen and Sean McGinnis, Finlay. Regan and Aulay; Bridget Flanders and her sons, Max and Alex; his brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Marilyn Bowry.

Grant served in Panama during the Viet Nam war from 1964 to 1968; was the owner of Air and Energy Solutions in Colorado for more than 24 years; was an active member of The Pinery Homeowners' Association and The Pinery Country Club. Grant was an avid outdoorsman, accomplished golfer, and successful businessman. Grant's greatest joy was his family.

There will be a brief service on August 11 th at 1:00 p.m. at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church, 10150 East Belleview, Englewood, 80011. Grant and Pam had always dreamed of a trip to Mt. McKinley and had planned to go on many occasions but something always came up. Grant's last wish was for his wonderful, compassionate, and ever present doctor Thomas Crisman and his wife, Paulette, to take his ashes and scatter them near Mt. McKinley.

In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Grant and Pam have asked that you help fulfill his final wish. https://www.youcaring.com/grantbowry-893367
