Obituary for Alfred L. Bagne
Bagne, Alfred L., of Castle Rock. On January 9, 2013, Alfred L. Bagne (Al) beloved Father, Papa and Great Papa passed away peacefully in Littleton, Colorado after a brief illness at the age of 88. He was surrounded by all of his family. He will be remembered as a very loving, compassionate and sweet man. Al was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 23, 1924. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, WWII, and a captured POW in Germany during the Battle of the Bulge in 1945. He was a land surveyor in Southern California for almost 40 years and retired to Camarillo, CA where he had lived for the past 28 years. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing video poker at the local casinos. He moved to Castle Rock, CO in August 2012 to be close to his family and was able to spend a lot of time with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife and high school sweetheart, Margaret Frew Bagne (1996) and brother Harold Bagne (2009). Survived by daughters, Patricia (Allen) Black and Cindy (Steve) Palace; grandchildren, Heather (Jamison) Wise, Chris Palace (Jennifer McCarron), Tyler (Ashley) Palace, Michael Hutchinson, Bryan Hutchinson; great-grandchildren, Lucy, Gavin, Sadie, Ronin and long time companion Margery May of Camarillo and Murietta, CA.

Cemetery:
Forest Lawn Cemetery, Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.
