Betsy Lowe Allen, 77, of Littleton, CO, formerly of Scituate, MA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 17, 2023, in Littleton, Colorado.
Betsy was born in Boston, Massachusetts, the youngest of twins to Howard and Virginia Snow Lowe. She grew up in Nahant, and Scituate, Ma where she was a majorette for Scituate High School before graduating with the class of 1963.
Betsy had a love for boating and the beach and was often found with friends and family on Egypt beach. She took a big leap by moving to Aurora, CO then eventually moving to Littleton to be close to her pride and joy, her family. Often stylishly dressed, she enjoyed a career mixing and matching colors and outfits while selling men’s clothing.
Betsy is lovingly remembered and survived by her children; Lynne Hight (Bobby) and John (Sabrina), grandchildren; Hailey, Justin, Rylan, Alissa and Jace; brothers George and her twin Bob along with 4 nieces, 5 nephews, many good friends, and her beloved dog; Phoebe. She is predeceased by her parents and L. Stuart Allen.
Betsy was a one of a kind, amazing woman who will be missed immensely every day by many.
