Obituary for Brian Allen Clonts
Brian Allen Clonts was born at 7:45 in the evening of November 23, 1969 in Portland, OR. He weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 inches long. It was a very easy delivery and he was a very contented baby. He would lie on his blanket and not cry until he was hungry. I have a picture of his profile at about 6 months and the back of his head is flat.
When he was 5 ½ years old we moved to Lakewood, CO. He attended Bear Creek Elementary School, Carmody Junior High School and Bear Creek High School. He started working early. Since he was tall for his age no one checked his date of birth. He worked at Cappuccinos’, and Chili’s. He started working at Switzer Electric after his junior year and did not finish High School.
Then in 1991 he became a long haul truck driver and was doing that until his death. During his teenage years he played soccer and was active in the Boy Scouts of America, where he received his Life Award. He has battled illness and addiction issues since 2008. He passed away March 3, 2019 at his residence.
