Obituary for Douglas George Sangouard
Doug, age 67 of Castle Rock, was born January 3, 1949 in Wichita, Kansas. He passed away at his home in Castle Rock CO with his wife and daughter by his side on July 30, 2016. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Wanda and Louis Sangouard and two brothers, Darrell and Pat.
He is survived by his wife Janeal of Castle Rock; daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter Nicole, Rick and Olivia Tru Roland of Parker, CO; niece Shawna Sangouard of California and nephew Corey James of Tennessee. Doug is also survived by many loving friends.
Douglas was a graduate of San Diego State University. He was a proud member of the Special Forces Green Beret and served in Vietnam. He was a successful Entrepreneur who started a very successful Pharmaceutical Company, Dura Pharmaceuticals in 1982.
Douglas was always ready to help anyone in need and had a wonderful loving heart. He loved to camp with his family and friends and always had wonderful stories to tell around the campfire.
Douglas' passing is leaving a gigantic hole in our hearts, he will never be forgotten.
