Obituary for James Edward "Jim" Rosene

James E. Rosene "Jim" beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, age 82,
passed away May 25th, 2021 at Holly Heights Nursing Home in Denver, Colorado. Jim was born in Davenport, Iowa November 18th, 1938 to Ephraim and Gertrude Rosene. Jim married Judith Resch on January 16, 1960.

Jim worked for John Deere Harvester for 27 years. In 1985, Jim and his family moved to
Arizona where he worked for Miss Karen’s Frozen Yogurt for 15 years. Jim was very involved
with the Catholic Church serving in many different areas. Jim and Judi were avid campers for
many years. Jim retired in Sun City, Arizona. Jim and his wife Judi relocated to Denver,
Colorado in 2018 where they enjoyed time with family.

Jim is survived by his wife Judi, children Lisa (Randal) Brown, Donald (Patricia) Rosene,
Robert (Kimberly) Rosene, grandchildren Desirae (Parris) Silvis, Chrystal (Craig) Choate,
Benjamen (Ranae) Rosene, Donald (Danielle) Rosene, Andrew (Kimberly) Rosene, Matthew
Rosene, Brandon (Erika) Thompson, Riley, Seth, and Kendra Rosene and 8 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ephraim and Gertrude Rosene and his beloved dog Pepe.
