Larry Allen Rivero, 80 from Lakewood Colorado was born September 4, 1940. Larry’s journey here on earth was complete in the early morning hours of June 18, 2021 when he transitioned to the Kingdom of Heaven with his Lord and Savior.
As a very young boy he polished shoes and delivered newspapers. When he was a young man, he proudly served in the Navy for his beloved America. He was a hard worker and ultimately settled on a successful career selling Insurance. Larry loved fishing and playing pool. He loved to bowl and golf. He was a faithful Bronco fan and couldn’t resist a good western. He enjoyed attending Southwest Community Church but the one thing that brought him the most joy in his abundant life was spending time with his family.
He’s is preceded in death by his first wife Geraldine Ann (Kavanaugh), the mother of his children. Katherine, Steve (Lori), Natalie (Don) Walsh and Denise all from the surrounding Denver area. He is also survived by many grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. He leaves behind a former spouse and friend, Susan Henry.
