Obituary for Susan "Sue" Lynn DeVries
Susan Zandstra DeVries, age 66, of Golden, Colorado. Sue was called home on April 25, 2018, where she was met by her sister Donna and brother Wayne.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ken DeVries. Her mother, Dorothy Cortvriendt (95) of Golden. Her two children, Tyra Mullins of Littleton and Douglas Alexander of Lakewood. Six grandchildren Amanda and Ryan Mullins, and Jacob, Cierra, Kaiden and Aspen Alexander. Her sister Linda Z. Smith of Midland, MI and Fred Zandstra of Littleton.
The family would like to celebrate her life together with friends and family on Sunday, May 27th at 1:00 PM at her home on Grapevine Road that brought her many years of happiness with Ken.
Sue would like to be remembered by taking the time to appreciate the beauty in a sunrise and sunset. To take a moment and look up at the night sky and be on the lookout for a shooting star. Remember her by simply being kind to others.
