Obituary for Tatiana Kremer
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the very peaceful passing of our mother and Oma on Friday, October 15, 2021, 4:15 PM Mountain Time, at her home in Franktown, Colorado.

She was 93 years and two months old.

She was a displaced German, born Tatiana Krause, raised in a small village in East Prussia, Poland. As a young teen, she experienced first- hand, the ravages and displacement of World War II, being forced to leave their rural home during the Russian occupation. She was enslaved to work at a Polish labor camp/farm with her brother, from 1945-1948, before they were able to flee and return to Germany.

Tatiana was subsequently reunited with her family through the Red Cross in northern Germany in 1948, where she later met and married Arthur Kremer, in 1951, a 6th generation cabinet maker. Arthur’s family had also been displaced from Austria to Lithuania then after WWII to Germany.

Both families had lost all their savings, land, and homes. They were grateful for their lives, for opportunity, employing a very strong, committed, and dedicated work ethic, participating in the reconstruction of Germany and the rebuilding of their families and homes.

Shortly after being married, they lived with extended family in an old villa that survived the bombings of the war, in Neuenlande, Germany, with no indoor running water, bathroom or heat.
It was here that their first son, Reiner was born in 1953. In 1955 they emigrated to Toronto, Canada.

After the birth of their second son Lothar, mother heard and responded to the saving truth of God’s Word. She was reborn in the glorious Second Advent Message and Gospel of Jesus Christ, in the waters of Lake Ontario in 1956. She continued the role of family spiritual leadership that was originally modeled by her God- loving mother.

In 1963, the family immigrated to the United States, spending the last 41 years in Colorado.

During her lifetime she raised her two sons Lothar and Reiner, worked in a home and office cleaning service, and for more than 20 years managed a flea market ministry in Denver and Colorado, Springs, sharing tracts, leaflets and books that detailed the love of God for all.

She loved to knit, lived simply and frugally, loved shopping at thrift stores and saving to give and pass on to spread the Good News of the Gospel and the gospel ministry.

She was committed and sacrificed personally, to see her children and grandchildren make use of the opportunities for education and business. Her children and grandchildren gave her abundant joy.

She was mentally and spiritually clear to the end, praising the Lord Jesus Christ for His great love, care, and goodness.

Mother claimed the Lord’s promises, held tightly the cross and the great sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

After beating almost 3 billion times during her lifetime, her heart became weak.

She was at great peace with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and died in the hope of a resurrection, anticipating the soon return of Jesus.

Her entire family was able to be with her at her bedside.

We will miss her greatly.

She is now at rest.

Mother knew in Whom she believed and believed it with great confidence.

Her last days were most special, as she felt a personal comfort and peace in the arms of Jesus.

She wanted to be with Him, and we believe she will have a very special resurrection, some- day soon, meeting her Lord and Savior, face to face.

She found great peace in the promises found in Psalms 23, 103 and found the Blessed Hope in Revelation 21: 4-7:
“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
