Joy, Thomas "Tom" Rea, age 90 of Littleton, Colorado. Tom was born in Sebastian, Florida; passed away January 11, 2017; age 90. Loving husband of the late Doneita; dear father of Scott (Louanne) Joy and Carol (Jim Leonard) Terranova. Beloved grandfather of Jason Joy. Dear friend of Dorothy Aldermann. Preceded in death by his parents Solomon M. and Sarah Burns (nee) Joy.
Tom was retired after 20 years as a purchasing agent at Wilkerson Corporation. He was a 1950 graduate of Michigan State College and a WWII Veteran of the US Navy Seaman 1st Class Radioman. Tom was a Charter Member of the Westminster ELKS, a member of the Englewood Elks and member and Deacon at the Littleton Presbyterian Church.
A celebration of Tom's life will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017, 10:30 AM with Reverend Cody Sandahl officating at First Presbyterian Church of Littleton followed by burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following burial at Tom's home.
