Virginia Mary (Shuttemeyer) Fahrendorf of Monument, Colorado, at peace on November 5, 2015, was born on December 8, 1921, in Covington Kentucky. She lived for 48 years on the same street moving from one end to the other at the time of her marriage. She moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1969 and finally to Monument, Colorado in 2005 where she would remain until her death.
Virginia was an avid gardener, cub scout leader, and volunteered at the Catholic School. She was a member of the St. Peters Women's Guild and The Out to Lunch Bunch. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Virginia is predeceased by her husband, Harry Fahrendorf, Jr., and two sons, Dennis and Paul Fahrendorf.
She is survived by her son Theodore (Karen) Fahrendorf, daughter Harriet (James)Boomer, five grandchildren, Rebecca (Micheal) Hawkins, Bryan (Amber) Fahrendorf, Jason (Elizabeth) Boomer, Heather (Matthew) Ginsky, and Sarah Boomer, and 3 great grandchildren Carolyn, Alicia, and Katherine Hawkins.
Her Funeral Mass will be at St. Peter Catholic Church, Saturday November 21, and she will be later interred at Calvary Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Recitation of the Rosary will be said at 9:30 AM followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM both at St. Peter Catholic Church in Monument, CO.
