Jake, age 80 of Walsenburg, Colorado at Littleton, Colorado. Survived by his sons Ruben Jaramillo (wife Darla) and Chris Jaramillo; daughters Elizabeth Jaramillo and Diana Wycoff;
brother Adreien Jaramillo (wife Lugarda); sisters Antonia Luke (husband Gene) and Baby Sister Mary Rose Opp (husband Steven) as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family and friends.
Embracing him in heaven will be his brothers Bernardo Jaramillo and Marcelino Jaramillo; sisters Zenaida Apodaca, Mary Chillson, Corina Deiker, and Adelfina Roybal as well as his parents Alcario and Domitilia Jaramillo.
Family interment will be held on Saturday, April 15th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Tuloso, New Mexico.
A Cowboy’s Prayer
O Lord, I reckon I’m not worth much just by myself
I fail to do a lot of things I ought to do
But, Lord, when trails are steep and passes high
Help me to ride it straight the whole way through
And when in the falling dusk, I get the final call
I do not care how many flowers they send
