Obituary for Ronald "Ron" L. Aden
Ronald L. Aden, "Ronnie" to his childhood friends and "Ron" to those he meet later, passed away September 8, 2017 at age 74. The unexpected diagnosis was a very aggressive bile duct cancer, which after one week in the hospital, he spent less than two days at Porter Hospice in Littleton Colorado.

Kind, thoughtful, extremely generous and helpful to anyone in need, are just a few words that have been used by his family and friends to describe Ron. To say that he will be missed is an understatement of magnitude. The shock of his early demise has left a void and left us sad, but glad to have had him in our lives.

He was born May 14, 1943 in Quincy, Illinois. In 1961 he graduated from Central High school in Camp Point, Illinois. He married Barbara Ann Crane from Hood River, Oregon in 1970, and started their family in Denver, Colorado. His entrepreneurial career began with residential real estate, then evolved to commercial real estate, which led to investing in commercial properties.

He was a very active business man and provided for his family even in the hardest of times. He helped his wife pursue her dreams of owning her own daycare centers. When he was not busy with his own real estate matters, he was constantly busy taking care of things for the daycare centers. He was a handyman, and very seldom needed help when it came to fix anything. He was in many eyes, a jack of all trades and a very talented juggler. Ron enjoyed traveling with his family and in later years, traveling with friends. He was actively involved in The Breakfast Club and with the Heather Gardens community. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, card games and just in general – going out with friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Barbara Ann Crane Aden, his mother Dorothy, father Victor, and older brother Larry.

He is survived by and was a loving father to Tammie Renée Aden Werner (Jim) and James Victor Aden (Nancy), all reside in Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by his younger brother David of Prescott, AZ and two younger sisters, Elaine and Annette of Salt Lake, UT., his four grandchildren Barbra, Jorden, Aiden, and Renée, by nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
