Obituary for Christopher Louis Lischka
Chris Lischka, age 35, of Glendale, CO passed away Saturday June 16th, 2018. Born in Kansas City, MO, Chris was the son of Wayne and Rosemary Lischka.
Chris was a very talented chef. He graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2006 with a degree in Culinary Arts. He pursued his culinary passion in several styles of cuisine, but barbeque always held a special place in his heart.
He loved to spend time in the mountains. Chris was an avid snowboarder always looking for new challenges to master on the slopes. He loved to spend time with family and friends in Breckenridge, Vail, and Crested Butte.
Chris loved animals throughout his life. He adored his dogs Chief and Emma, as well as his cats Dopey and Bashful.
A funeral will be held on Saturday June 23rd at Ellis Family Services, 13436 West Arbor Place, Littleton, CO 80127. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to your local animal shelter. Online condolences can be made at www.ellisfamilyservices.com.
