Obituary for Gregory Keith Porter
Porter, Gregory Keith, age 57 of Denver. Greg leaves behind his long time love, Barbara, and children Natalie, Simon, Emily, Melissa, Lisa, and his brother Jeff. Greg was a caring man with a straight forward and simple approach to life. He loved spending time with those who were closest to him, playing his guitar, listening to music (favorites were Eric Clapton and Led Zeppelin), following the weather, eating spaghetti and chocolate chip ice cream, walking Jack and Leo, and being on the road. Greg was the handiest man most of us have ever known, as well as, a fabulous commercial painter. He was soft spoken with an incredible laugh. His no-nonsense rationale and dead pan wit were endearing to all who knew him well. Greg will be greatly missed and often remembered. All of us are richer for having shared in Greg's life. We wish him a peaceful soul journey.
