How do we begin to say how much we appreciated both Dave and Kirk for the excellent way they handled every detail of our cousins' services! This holiday has been the worst for our family dealing with the untimely loss of our cousin and having to coordinate all the services from Texas. Both Dave & Kirk stepped up and handled every detail with care, compassion and dignity for all concerned. We certainly feel blessed to have been recommended to the good care of this team! Kirk went way beyond our expectations in assisting us with preparations for saying good-bye to our teenage daughter. He is extremely compassionate and thoughtful in such times. He offered some greatly appreciated suggestions along the way, and was very attentive to details that could easily have been overlooked. Additionally, he did not try to upsell any of their services. We feel blessed to have had Kirk handle all this during the most difficult time of our lives. I very highly recommend his services.

Kirk has taken care of every single one of my family member that has passed away and I couldn't ask for a more caring understanding will go above whats expected to make sure your loved ones are laid to rest with respect pride and dignity. Sadly I lost my dad in 2005 and now my mom in 2020 and Kirk has been a true god sent and made sure that I was ok and that I knew every step of the process. Kirk has literally watched me grow up sadly through funerals but Kirk isn't just another funeral home Kirk is family and he make everyone who sadly has to come to him feel like they are part of his family. Kirk I truly thank you for taking such good care of all my families final resting places but most of all thank you for not letting me go through losing my mom alone without you and your services I would be wondering lost and broken not knowing what to do next.

This has taken me over 6 months to write but I am finally getting around to it. When my grandmother passed in January we were completely lost. We had no idea which way was up and how we were supposed to pick a mortuary and what that would entail. I made at least 30 phone calls trying to find the perfect fit. However, as soon as I spoke with Kirk I knew that I had found the one. Kirk was so kind and gracious and just took over. He guided my mom and me so gently to make some of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make. In the most difficult time, it was a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Kirk, for treating us like family. You have a gift for what you do and I am so grateful you touched our lives when you did.

After searching for awhile and calling around many funeral service businesses in town we finally got a referral to Ellis funeral services and when we personally met with the owner, Kirk, we realized that this was the place where we were going to have our loving father's funeral services. Not only the prices were outstanding compared to the competition but the quality of the services they provided was excellent! Kirk and Dave were very compassionate and clear about the whole process and explained everything in detail. My family and I are so thankful and happy that we chose Ellis Funeral Services for the most important day of our lives as we said goodbye to our loving father. We can't thank you enough guys! Our family is so grateful for the caring and compassionate service we experienced during our time of loss. As other comments say. These guys were extremely sincere and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our loss. They made what would have been an extremely difficult situation a little easier for us. They were honest and weren't trying to sell us on anything. I just want to take this opportunity to Kirk and all of the staff at Ellis for the kindness and compassion they gave me and my family while caring for my dear wife Denise. He was the Best, Helped me with everything and was very kind and gave me information to help us with everything He went above and beyond with all the steps. I will never USE any one else. Just a quick thank you! The staff at Ellis Family Services was immensely helpful in arranging many of the details of my father's services prior to his passing. This became important at the time of his passing and made the process much easier to bear at the time of our loss since so many of his wishes were recorded at the funeral home. Additionally, Ellis Family Services went above and beyond in helping our family to celebrate his life the way he and we wanted to. They were accommodating to our needs and even made suggestions that truly made our service and celebration that much more personal and unique. Ellis Family Services handled my fathers services in June. They provided compassionate professional care to the entire family. The presentation of my father for viewing was fantastic, he looked as he did in the days when he was healthy. Kirk also helped us think of all the "business" items we needed to take care of, many which I had not even thought of. The chapel was beautiful the view during the service was amazing. When the service began we actually watched a hawk circle for several minutes. This was a very difficult time in the families life and Ellis Family Services did a fantastic job and did not add to the stress but rather made the process comfortable.

Ellis Family Services handled my dad's funeral several years ago, when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. Talk about many emotions. Kirk handled my "emotions" with the utmost professionalism along with a very sensitive side and a sense of humor. Just recently he handled my grandmother's funeral.
