Obituary for Gloria J. Anderson
Gloria J. Anderson, age 83, of Littleton, Colorado passed away peacefully the morning of December 23, 2018 with her family by her side. Each of her family members had gotten to tell her how much they loved her, and in turn she shared her love with each of them.
Gloria Jean Anderson was born April 08,1935 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was a second generation Coloradan. She was the only child of Clinton Force and Dorotha Arlene (Shafar) Force. She graduated high school at South High in Denver, Colorado and went to work at Mountain Bell.
On December 31, 1955, Gloria went on a blind date, with her husband to be Frank L. Anderson. Frank and Gloria were married June 23, 1956 in Denver, Colorado. They shared 62 years of marriage. One of the things Gloria cherished in her life was that she was able to be a stay at home mother to her three children, Debbie J. (Andy) McGreal, Jace L. (Jean) Anderson and Todd C. (Joan) Anderson. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Jenny Lee ( Rob) River, Travis T. (Ali) McGreal, Corene (Brandon) Burnett and Emily J. (Paden) Brown. There are nine great grandchildren surviving Gloria, Cash McGreal, Ridley River, Ainsley Burnett, Rylee Brown, Cora River, Lily McGreal, Wesley Burnett, Luke McGreal and Dalton Brown.
Gloria was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed by all of us, her family and friends included.
... Until We Meet Again
Those special memories of you will always bring a smile if only I could have you back for just a little while. Then we could sit and talk again just like we used to do you always meant so very much and always will too. The fact that you’re no longer here will always cause me pain but you’re forever in my heart until we meet again. - Author Unknown
