Lieutenant Colonel Jack B. Enger USAF Retired, passed away in Centennial, Colorado on Saturday, September 9, 2017 with his loving family by his side. Jack Enger was born to John and Evelyn Enger of Oakes, North Dakota on September 22, 1928.
Colonel Enger served as a cartographer in the Korean War. Upon retirement from the Air Force, he embarked on a career as a professional Civil Engineer.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan M. Walker Enger. He is survived by daughters, Stacy Mangold, Kristin (Robert Frey), Alison (Mark Martin) and Susan (Lance Williams), five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A private memorial service has been held.
Colonel Enger's final resting place will be in the town of Pacific, Missouri beside his wife.
