Obituary for Marilyn Patricia (Doyle) Cooper
Cooper, Marilyn Patricia (Doyle), age 84 of Colorado Springs. Pat Doyle Cooper died, surrounded by her family, on February 11, 2015 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Pat resided in Hyde Park and South Chelmsford. Pat attended Boston Clerical and began her career working for Raytheon. She married Jerry Cooper, a Foreign Service officer, and traveled the world living in five different countries in Asia and South America. Upon her return to the U.S., she settled in Falls Church, Virginia and began a second career as an office administrator for the Fairfax County School System, retiring in 1996. Pat is survived by her five children, son Joseph Cooper and wife Debbie of Manassas, Virginia; son Michael Cooper and wife Joyce of Walhalla, South Carolina; daughter Victoria McAdams and husband Robert of Colorado Springs, Colorado; daughter Kathleen Palmer of Pueblo West, Colorado; and son Matthew Cooper and wife Diane of Westernport, Maryland. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Pat is also survived by her brother Richard Doyle and wife Kay of Londonderry, New Hampshire; her sister Betty Kelleher and husband Tom of Chelmsford, Massachusetts; her brother-in-law Bill White of Dracut, Massachusetts and pre-deceased by her sister Peggy White.
