Millie Heitzenrater passed away on Tuesday morning, October 19th. She was 88.
Millie was preceded in death by Paul, her husband of 65 years. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Young (Tim) and grandson, Thomas all of Marietta, GA; and her son, Paul Heitzenrater (John Farnam) of Denver, CO.
Millie had a deep love for God, her immediate and extended family, and serving others in her church and community. She enjoyed knitting and cooking, especially for others. She will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Clermont Park Employee Scholarship Fund or the Clermont Park Residence Assistance Fund in Millie’s memory. Clermont Park is where Millie has lived for the last seven years.
Checks should be made to Christian Living Communities (or CLC), with “in memory of Millie Heitzenrater” in the memo line.
