Becky was born May 2, 1950 to George and Vera Wenig as the first baby girl born into the Wenig family in three generations. She passed into her Savior’s presence on September 14, 2017.
Becky worked as a maintenance mechanic for US West/Quest for over fifteen years before going on disability retirement due to health issues. She was an active member of the Red Hats, her bowling and cards groups and Aspen Grove Community Church.
She is survived by her son, Micheal Cavenagh, and her brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Melanie Wenig.
A memorial service for Becky is being held at Sanctuary Christian Fellowship, 3600 So. Clarkson St., Englewood, CO 80113 on Friday, September 22, 2017 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Becky’s name to the
Denver Dumb Friends League
