Obituary for Susan Elaine Otten

Sue went to visit her buddies in heaven January 18, 2016. She was born in March 1959 in Denver CO. She graduated from Cherry Creek HS in 1977. She attended Western State College for 2 years where she earned her marriage certificate. She married Bruce Otten August 1, 1981. Zachary Otten was born November 4, 1983. Sue adored Zach and was the joy of her life. She loved children and her nurturing and care shaped Zach to be the great person he is today. Her passions in life included children, animals, and walking our dogs at Chatfield. Sue and Bruce were inspired by their favorite musical artists at venues like Red Rocks and Hudson Gardens. Sue was a very spiritual person who prayed daily and she adored angels and Bruce was fortunate to have his own personal living angel. Don’t be surprised if her spiritual presence doesn’t influence you in your journey. Warm memories by the immediate family will be continued by Bruce, Zach, Harold, Steve, Sandy, Scott and many others.
The Memory Party for Sue will be held at Hudson Gardens in Littleton, CO. January 31, 2016 starting at 11:00 am. The Memory Party will have a Hawaiian-Beach theme so a colorful shirt would be encouraged, but not mandatory.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wounded Warriors as she had complete respect and admiration for our heroes who sacrifice so much for our freedoms.
