Obituary for Susan Kaye Van Ootegham
Van Ootegham, Susan Kaye, age 63, of Aurora, went home to be with her Lord on August 17, 2012. She was born on June 24, 1949 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Floyd and Amy (Kazemba) Jump. On December 15, 1990 she married Steven Van Ootegham. Susan was a Nurse Case Manager for Fresenius Medical Care from 2008 until the time of her passing. She also enjoyed quilting and knitting in addition to spending time with her family. Beloved wife of Steven, loving mother to Mindi Gates of Aurora and Michelle (Craig) Gault of Vancouver, Washington, and Jim Gates of Oregon City, Oregon; dear daughter to Floyd and Amy Jump of Garner, Iowa; sister to Michael Jump of Cumberland, Wisconsin, Kathy Jones of Missoula, Montana, Collene Ottum of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Cindy Bloomberg of Muskegon, Michigan and Jan Young of Garner, Iowa.
Service: A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at 3 pm, at Community of Grace, 4343 South Flanders St., Centennial, CO with an open house reception following at the family home.
