Obituary for Wayne M Linscheid
Linscheid, Wayne was born on August 25 to Zelpha Marie and Gust Linscheid in Bell, CA. He was raised as an only child in Huntington Park, CA. He graduated from Huntington Park High School. Soon after, he served 2 years in the United States Navy. After his time in the Navy, he worked as a US Postman. He soon got his start in real estate by purchasing an apartment building in California. Following that he moved to Las Vegas, NV and bought his first mobile home park. He met Susan for the first time in Las Vegas. Shortly after he followed her to Colorado. They married on June 24, 1975. They lived in the Littleton area where they raised their 3 daughters. He continued his work in commercial real estate up to the day of his death. He passed away at home surrounded by his loving family and some of his closest friends on January 15. He was preceded in death by his mother Zelpha Marie and father Gust. He is survived by his wife of almost 42 years, Susan. His 3 daughters and their spouses Marci (Chang), Julie (Chris), Hazel. And his 6 cherished grandchildren.
