Obituary for Fender Scott Sanders
Fender Scott Sanders was born June 1st, 1995 in Redding, California. He was the first child born to Brian and Christina Sanders as well as the first grandchild on both sides of the family. Fender loved all the attention that this brought him, but he loved family even more.

When Fender was 5 he finally received the one thing he wanted more than anything in life. His stister Kendall. He was the best big brother in the entire world and would do anything for his little stister, He was full of love and spinny hugs. He would even take her on dates and posed for pictures with her all dressed up before he would be off to pick up his date for prom.

At 8 years old, Fender’s family relocated from Redding, to Littleton, Colorado. Littleton became the place that Fender considered his home. He loved being outside and enjoying all Colorado had to offer. If there was something to climb, jump or skate on, Fender was there.

Fender went on his first mission trip with his family the summer before he started 6th grade. While he was excited to go help others, this trip had a much bigger impact on Fender’s life than he would have expected. It was during this trip that Fender made his decision to follow the Lord and asked to be baptized.

Fender had a great love for people and a huge heart. He truly loved others no matter what their situation or where in the world they were from. He chose to suffer greatly to know that others were receiving great love.

Fender graduated from Collegiate Academy in 2013 and was excited to see what the world had for him. School was not easy for Fender and it was a great relief for him to be able to join the adult world which he found much more interesting. Fender had started his first job at TJ Maxx at 16 where he found a new confidence. He liked the work world and the interaction that it allowed him.

He eventually found himself working at DISH network where he quickly promoted from position to position as quickly as the company allowed. He was proud of his accomplishments in his job. His job gave him the ability to pursue other passions as well. Fender had a great love for music. His love for playing the guitar led him to writing and composing music. He had a great appreciation for both classical music and then of course metal. He worked tirelessly at fussing these two genres together as a way to bridge an appreciation for both in others.

Fender’s love for friends and family defined who he was. Until his last day, he wanted the people in his life to know how much he loved them. Even when life was hard, Fen gave all of himself. We each were honored to have him in our life as family, friend, coworker. In whatever way he touched your life, he left an impact and you knew that you were loved deeply.
